Returns

Little Blooms wants you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. Please read our policies below before returning an item.

Hand-crafted Tutu Orders:
*Little Blooms will NOT accept any returns on any custom or hand-crafted tutu, newborn tutu, tutu dress or tutu gown order. Every effort will be made to ensure you are satisfied with your order.  Due to photographic color inaccuracies, colors may not be the exact shade as what is seen on your computer/device. If you are in doubt of the color, please ask for a tulle color sample prior to placing your order.


Full Priced Items:

*Must be returned/postmarked within 15 days of PURCHASE.

*A credit to your original method of payment will be issued. Should that option not be available because a gift card, etc. was used, a store credit will be issued.

*Original shipping is never refunded. Buyer is responsible for shipping fees incurred to return items.

*Items purchased with a promotional code for a percentage off are not refunded at full price; if a discount code was used, items will be pro-rated to reflect the discount price.


Sale Items:

*All sale items are non-returnable unless otherwise stated or you have permission in writing from Little Blooms.

*All personalized items are final sales – no exceptions.


Seasonal Items:

* Seasonal items must be returned/postmarked within 10 days of purchase for a full refund. If it is after 10 days, the sale price will be given at the time of return.

*Returns on seasonal items are not accepted if the product is no longer on the website or the holiday has already passed.  


Damaged Items:

*Damaged items will be replaced or can be returned for refund only if they are UNWORN and UNWASHED.

*A damaged item must be reported within 3 days of receipt.


The Fine Print:

*Little Blooms is unable to take back items that have been worn/used/decorated/glued/washed, etc.

*Items MUST be in their original packaging and/or with original tag.

*Orders that are refused after Little Blooms has shipped or are returned to Little Blooms because you were unavailable for delivery are treated and processed as returns. (All custom hand-crafted tutus, newborn tutus, tutu dresses & tutu gowns are an exception. There will be NO returns on hand-crafted items).

*Orders that are returned to Little Blooms with insufficient addresses or incorrect addresses are treated and processed as returns if we are unable to contact you to obtain accurate shipping information and payment for reshipping charges. (Again there are no returns on custom hand-crafted tutu orders).
